Wild Pepper

Botanical name: Piper Borbonense

The Madagascar wild pepper or also known as the Voatsiperifery, is a bourbon piper that grows in the southeast of Madagascar. The plant grows like the vanilla vine.

Its sensory properties such as appearance and color is small brown berries with a small stem. It tastes bitter-hot with a turpentine-like aroma and also has a woody-camphor-like smell.
